Thank you for choosing Kodevio for your software development needs. We strive to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the digital products and services we provide. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund or cancellation is necessary.

Service Cancellations

Clients may request the cancellation of a project or service at any time. The following terms apply to cancellations:

• Initial Deposit: The initial deposit paid at the start of a project is generally non-refundable as it covers the initial planning and resource allocation costs.
• Work in Progress: If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, the client will be billed for the hours logged or milestones completed up to the date of cancellation.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

• If the project has not yet been started and no resources have been allocated.
• If there is a significant failure on our part to deliver the agreed-upon services as outlined in the project contract.
• In cases of accidental duplicate payments.

How to Request a Refund
